The 8th Annual Ozarks Bacon Fest Returns: A Tribute to Bacon, Bourbon & Beer

Springfield, MO – December 11, 2024 – After a 5-year hiatus, the highly anticipated Ozarks Bacon Fest is back! The 8th Annual event, celebrating the ultimate trio of Bacon, Bourbon & Beer, will take place on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds E-Plex in Springfield, Missouri.

Presented by Springfield Trading Company and The Ozark Empire Fairgrounds, the festival promises to deliver an unforgettable experience in a “bacon wonderland” where attendees can sample bacon-themed dishes crafted by the Ozarks’ finest chefs. From savory snacks to unique bacon-infused creations, there will be something for every bacon lover. Guests will also enjoy a variety of beer and bourbon tastings to complement the flavors of the festival.

General Admission: A limited number of 600 tickets will be available for this exciting event.

VIP Passes: For the ultimate bacon lover, 200 VIP Passes will be sold. VIPs get early access—one hour before the general public—with special food and drink samples, as well as an exclusive Ozarks Bacon Fest t-shirt.

In addition to great food and drinks, the festival will feature live music and an opportunity to shop from local and regional vendors offering unique products to enhance every foodie’s experience, both in and out of the kitchen.
