We invite you to be part of the one of the Ozarks’ most anticipated food festivals — the triumphant return of the 8th Annual Ozarks Bacon Fest, taking place Saturday, September 27, 2025, at the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds E-Plex in Springfield, Missouri.

After a five-year hiatus, this beloved event is back and bigger than ever, paying tribute to the unbeatable trio of Bacon, Bourbon & Beer. Presented by Queen City Barbeque Company and The Ozark Empire Fairgrounds, the festival promises a true “bacon wonderland,” attracting hundreds of passionate foodies eager to experience the best the Ozarks has to offer. This is a four hour tasting event starting at 11am with a VIP hour of special items just for the VIP’s! Regular admission starts at Noon and the Bacon Celebration runs till 3pm with Live Music and several nonfood vendors to shop at during the event and
